GOLD TO BE FOUND IN FARMING EXPIRED LISTINGS AND FSBO LISTINGS

It is definitely old school but if it works?  If you can get one listing a week or two a month by working these two methods ENTHUSIASTICALLY and SYSTEMATICALLY with CONTINUITY yielding results, than these methods should have a prominent place on your daily calendar blocking out the time for making this happen--no matter what. Sometimes one must only drill down on the old tried and true methods to achieve the stated objectives. Today it may require more effort, better follow-through, more time, and greater persistence, but if it works it works.

I recently spoke to a real estate agent who hired a part time assistant to help keep their process going everyday, keeping the pipelines full with prospects and listings enjoying a great deal of success. I know it doesn't sound very sexy and I know it is tedious work with a lot of non-response or poor response before there is even a possibility of an interested party, but it is just in the numbers. Go through enough possibilities, talk to, call, e-mail, and/or write enough people and poof, a listing comes and real money follows when a property is sold . Block out the time, do it daily, be persistent, be enthusiastic, stay with it, do it every week for 2 months and see if you can't add 2,3,4 listings a month to your pipeline.


Want to improve your odds, increase your chances of a positive result, go to the web and look for help in the process. There are many sources recommending their letters, their methods, their systems. Find the one that works for you or improves your results. This is where there is money----get more listings---- be aggressive, be undeterred, believe and then go for it!


If you are already doing it and want better results, dig deeper, read more, check out other people's methods, be relentless, we are at war in this business, WAR and the winners are the most aggressive.
