1. Take a fresh look at your business cards and be sure they express your USP (Unique Selling Proposition--what do you offer that is different than most other real estate agents.....why you?) and make sure your card has your social media addresses so people with your card can see your web site, blog, video listings, personal videos.
2. Develop a few speeches 20 minutes long for home buyers and home sellers. Offer yourself to different organizations in your area. @0 minute talk 10 minute Q & A, make yourself one of the real experts in your area.
3. Join a few meet up groups in your area. Networking is a very successful method for gaining referrals.
4. Get involved in local charities taking out ads in their journals, doing work for the charity, offering FREE CONSULTATIONS for home buyers or home sellers.

6. Make videos of all your listings posting them on YouTube and your web page and put on your blog.
7. Maintain an on-going relationship with past clients, friends, family, people you know by sending birthday and anniversary cards and notes about things you know interest them, like "Finally football season appears to be here. Hope your ________ do well this year."
8. Be sure to ask for testimonials, get video testimonials wherever possible, go back to past clients if you must and post them on YouTube, Your Web Site and put some along side your blog. Video testimonials are one of your most powerful tools.
9. Be sure you are listed in Linkedin and that your profile says why you are IT in your area, why your background, interests and focus make you the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN YOUR AREA.
10. Do webinars and record them, training webinars where you teach home buyers and home sellers how to make a list of what they are looking for in a home, what are the MUST HAVES vs. the NICE TO HAVE, etc. People want to be taught how to buy and how to sell. Make the webinars and post the videos of the webinars. YOU ARE AN EXPERT, SHARE YOUR KNOWLEDGE.
11. Use Ping.fm.com to post all your social networks at one time.
12. Look for organizations in your area, clubs, charities, etc. and check out google ads and see if you can advertising for very little money on those sites.
13. Look for bridal shops in your area and see if you can advertise on those pages for first time home buyers or first time condo buyers.
14. Use the Holidays to connect with your contact list. Remind people you are there and have a tag line that reminds them why you are amongst the best at what you do.

16. Set a goal for how many cards you plan to hand out a week and then do it.
17. Send out e-mails from time to time with upbeat, positive news about you or the marketplace.
18. Don't be all business, be all authentic, the real you, talk about family and your life too. Everyone wants to deal with someone they relate to, someone they feel a connection to.
19. Bring energy, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and an upbeat personality to work EVERYDAY, in EVERY PHONE CALL, in EVERY MEETING it is contageous.
20. BELIEVE, TRUST, HAVE FAITH the more you believe your business will grow, the more your business will grow
