HELPING OTHERS PAVES THE ROAD TO SUCCESS

I have had an exceptional few weeks and when I reflect on why I have had an exceptional few weeks it is because I come to work each day with the single goal of helping others achieve their goals. 

I help home buyers fulfill their dreams and buy their first home, their next home, lower their payments on an existing home or find a way to get their home sold in a tough market. I help people with insufficient credit scores or low credit scores improve their credit sometimes over time, sometimes fairly quickly so they can qualify or so they can enjoy a lower interest rate. 

I help real estate agents better understand the credit markets, the impact on interest rates, the attitudes of lenders and all the ways they can structure a sale or purchase that can make the impossible possible or that help move a home faster in a difficult market. 

I know this may seem hard to believe, but I really only think of how I can help others achieve their goals. I know that this has served me well over the 15 years I have been in the mortgage business and I know if I continue to keep my focus on others it will continue to serve me well. And, I help anyone.
