For a good real estate agent you need to know the areas where you have listings or the areas where you bring clients to buy homes. You must knows these areas very well and in every way. You have to know the available real estate in the area. You have to know real estate values in the area. You have to know the schools in the area, the dining, the shopping, the hospitals, the churches and the sources of entertainment in the area. You even have to know the streets and how to get from the home your are showing to the freeways or the best way to get to the schools. You really must be an area expert.
Then you need to be a real estate transaction expert. You need to know all the steps of buying a home. All the processes that take place prior to achieving a sales agreement and all the processes after the sales agreement. You really have to be on top of your game.
You need to have state-of-the-art communications so you can provide information in a timely manner and get the answers quickly to move things along as they need to move along. You need to be efficient and effective all day every day.
Then you have to be sure, really sure, that the people you introduce to your client are the very best choices. People who is definitely top drawer in their field. The appraiser, the inspector, the title company, the Mortgage Company or Bank, the specific individual handling the loan, everyone must be the best of the best so you can provide a quality experience for your client so they go away RAVING ABOUT YOU and THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE YOUR PROVIDED for them in buying or selling their home. And now you have a new referral source on your team forever.

Everyday we out perform major mortgage companies and major banks. We think faster, move quicker, have more options for loans and terms than any major giant mortgage lender. And, we allocate the loans to our loan officers only to the level where they can provide quick responses to any client inquiry or any agent inquiry. Our standard is to take the call 75% of the time or return the call within 15 minutes, even if you have to tell the client or agent we will get back to them in another 30 minutes. We want everyone who calls us to know they will reach the person they need right away or will make contact within 30 minutes. This is almost impossible to find anywhere else. This is our standard, Immediate, Personal Service!
