I have never taken on a client with the thought of how much money was in it for me. I know that when I do it right, when I save them money, when I get it done in just 4 weeks time, when I overcome the hurdle that the Mortgage guy before me couldn't overcome, I know when I take all their calls to make them comfortable and to make sure they understand everything they want to understand, I know when I keep their real estate agent apprised of everything that is happening as it is happening, I know, the money will follow. I never think about the money.
Serving the needs of the client is the best motivator there is. Being EXCEPTIONAL in your field and in your community will bring to you many many rewards both financially and beyond money. I know because it has done this for me and it has done the same for a number of friends in the real estate business.
With an open heart and a well informed mind, just help others, it really works. It will get you more referrals, more return clients, more appreciation and more satisfaction.
