If you saw those words would it stop you and get your attention? 


I SOLD THIS HOUSE IN 2 DAYS AT THE PRICE THE MY CLIENT WANTED!


Are there any SHOCKING experiences that you have had in your career? Is there something totally OUTRAGEOUS that you can say about something you have done in the past? 


I FLEW 1500 MILES TO SERVICE A CLIENT!


I STAYED UP ALL NIGHT TO SERVICE A CLIENT!


I GAVE MY CLIENT MY HOME TO STAY IN TO PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE!


WORDS HAVE POWER and finding the words to get the attention of your audience is ESSENTIAL to a good marketing strategy.


Of course you do not want to lie. Integrity is critical today, so you don't want to say anything that isn't true. 


You could take a chance they have a sense of humor.


I SOLD A HOUSE FOR TWICE WHAT THE CLIENT EXPECTED!
I wish I could honestly say this, but I can say on a number of occasions I got my client more money than they expected. It is often all about the presentation and knowing the buyer. Twice as much than expected, has never happened for me, but I am not beyond thinking that with the right convergence of people and property, anything is possible. However, getting the client all they deserve and more, is a CORE VALUE in the services that I provide


The noise is too loud, the market can't hear you. Unless you GRAB THEIR ATTENTION, even if you send it to the inbox and they open it, they are likely not to read it. So think about the things you can say that are true about some things that have been OUTRAGEOUS in your career. Think about how you can make it fun but get their attention.
