Covey book THE SPEED OF TRUST at http://tinyurl.com/94peytn . This is how one builds quality relationships and establishes the most productive environment for organizations or individuals. #2--Demonstrate Respect, genuinely care about the people with who you work or do business with. Show you have their interests in mind. Respect the individual's dignity and treat everyone with respect regardless of who they are and regardless of whether you can profit from a relationship with them or not. Show kindness in the little things, be genuine and don't give people short shrift.

Building quality relationships will lead to quality results. The goal is beyond getting a listing or selling a house. The goal is to create a referral source, create a RAVING FAN who will tell others about you and come back to you when they want to buy their next home. Building trust and respect will go a long way to achieving an on-going relationship with your home buyers and sellers.
