Even in personal relationships it would be good to know what your friends or family members really expect from you so you are CLEAR AS TO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED. So often, there is a lack of mutual understanding between people as to what is expected and so often people are disappointed in other people's performance when it is really about lack of clear communications and clear understandings.

What you want to do is to be ALWAYS RELIABLE. You want to establish a track record of delivering results and of EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS.
